Sarah Baird

Staff Governor

Sarah has lived in Leeds for the past 10 years after coming back to the city to complete her PGCE in Primary education at the University of Leeds. Her undergraduate degree was in Geography and Sociology, which she also completed at Leeds. Sarah has been teaching for 8 years, working in Bradford, Wakefield and Leeds. She joined Shakespeare Primary School in 2018, working with New to English children, and working throughout Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. 

In her spare time, Sarah takes part in ballroom and Latindance lessons, as well as competing at weekends. She also likes to cross stitch and embroider.
