Harvest Festival
Year 4 put the positive power of their voices into action by planning and organising this year's Harvest Festival collection for Leeds South and East Food Bank. Year 4 made a video all about the history of Harvest and the work of the local foodbank and shared Harvest Festival posters all around the school.
We were then blown away by the kindness and generosity of our parents and carers as we received a huge donation of 130kg of food. As the certificate from the food bank shows, this will help provide 310 meals to local people in crisis. Thanks to the whole school community for uniting together to help a really positive cause.
