Learning & Cost of Living Event
We are hosting a Learning & Cost of Living Event at Shakespeare on the 10th January 2-4pm in partnership with LCC Public Health and Learning Partnerships.
The event will bring together services and organisations who are able to help and support families through this difficult time. The event will offer support on money and budgeting issues, from organisations such as Ebor Gardens Advice Centre, Money Buddies, St. Vincent’s support and Yorkshire Water.
There will also be information on jobs and skills as well as further education.
There will also be the opportunity for parents to have a COVID booster vaccination and find out about other NHS services.
Families will receive free goody bags packed with hygiene products as well as a free soup taster with the recipe and ingredients to take away.
For the children there is face painting, balloon modelling and money box colouring.
