Parent Voice
Another great Parent Voice event in school today. As well as an amazing turnout from parents, we welcome Rachel Dukes from Public Health and Jason, James and Libby from Active Leeds at Leeds City Council. They came to talk to parents about the current Transport Project in the Burmantofts, Harehills and Lincoln Green area. As part of the session, the team from the council collected ideas about how the local area could be made more accessible for walking, biking and wheeling. As well as this, we were joined by Jane Langley, our Chair of Governors, who came to talk to families about school governance, sharing an advert for the currently vacant Parent Governor position on our Governing Body. A fabulous morning! We can't wait to welcome Rachel back to school and tell us how the project is going.
