Reading Buddies
On 1st December, the new Reading Buddies presented a Reading for Pleasure assembly to the rest of the school. The aim of the assembly was to inspire Shakespeare’s young readers to find the sort of book that they REALLY love. We shared the teachers’ favourite books and Mrs Kaya showed pictures of the new library stock which includes more action, horror and poetry books. We ended the assembly with a story about a book worm. Keeeeep reading, Shakespeare!
