Year 1's Author Kate Pankhurst visit
Year 1 had a wonderful workshop with the author Kate Pankhurst as part of our project 'The Space Race'.
She talked about her book 'We Are All Astronauts' which has lots of fascinating facts about incredible female space pioneers. We even learnt about some of the animals that have been into space! We then enjoyed a wonderful draw along with Kate, where we drew 'Luna' the main character from 'We Are All Astronauts'.
