Kathryn Atkins

As a relatively new governor responsible jointly for SEND, I'm delighted to be a part of this vibrant , thriving school in the heart of our city.

My association with Shakespeare Primary began several years ago when I worked for the local authority as a school improvement adviser. Prior to this I had been a headteacher of three contrasting primary schools in Leeds- my career in education spans over forty years.

When I do have spare time my hobbies are mainly active ones and I can usually be found outdoors.
